The Defender is a TUV approved 'always alert' tracking product that is fitted to your vehicle - be it a car, motorbike, commercial vehicle, or boat -  that when armed constantly monitors your vehicle. If it was to move without being disarmed, then our call centre is immediately notified, and a phone-call is placed to the owner, advising them that the vehicle is being moved.

Once it has been identified that the vehicle should not be moving, our well rehearsed and documented procedures come into force. By utilising our unique SAFESTOP feature, your vehicle can be brought to a standstill in conjunction with the Police. All of this happens within a few minutes of the alarm being raised - so your vehicle can be quickly recovered, without the aggressive force of stinger devices and before it can be used to cause damage to other drivers and pedestrians.

Once the vehicle has been stopped, it can only be restarted by contacting our 24hr call centre to turn off the SAFESTOP - there is no way that the engine can be hot-wired, or the key can be used until this has been done.

In addition, we are increasingly finding that once we utilise the "SAFESTOP", that the Police are ready to arrest the perpetrators, removing them from committing more crime.
